Rosannah Hurst assignment of lease to Henry Hurst,
 Fauquier Co.,Virginia, 1793

I do hereby assign over to Henry Hurst all my rite
title claim or interest to the within Lease of Land
for the sum of five pounds to me in hand paid 
which receipt I do hereby acknowledge against
the claims of me or any person holding under me.
As in Testimony I have hereunto set my
hand and Seal this thirteenth day of September 1793.

of September 1793 This Assignment was proved to
be the Act and deed of the Said Rosanna Hurst
